Parvuli Sadis
Parvuli Sadis is a monarch living within the body of Monica Holst. She is Monica's pact entity, who has attached herself to Monica's very soul.

Personality
Quick to anger, crass, and willing to do anything for power. Parvuli claims that she intentionally sought out corruption to become a monarch, a process she refers to as her "ascension." Despite the power she now wields, she has become exceedingly paranoid over the years, making a concerted effort to ensure that Monica cannot report even just her corruption to the Guild.
Despite her desire for control and her incessant bullying of Monica, she has a softer spoken side which is rarely seen, and a desire to be liked. Moreover, she is concerned with Monica's well-being, as her survival depends on her host.
Biography
Not much is known about Parvuli's life. She has developed a sort of partial amnesia about her life before an event she refers to as her "ascension"; the day she allowed her whimsy corruption dig deep enough to transform her into a monarch. In fact, the only things she remembers prior to the pact she made with Monica are that she worked for the Arcane Sciences Division and that she was on the verge of death when she and Monica made their pact, only resorting to it out of sheer desperation. She remains uninterested in pursuing her memories or elaborating on what she knows further; all of Monica's attempts to pry have been met with either silence or anger.
For a brief period of two years after making the pact, Parvuli remained unconscious, unable to offer Monica anything other than her power. Recently, however, Parvuli was able to awaken, and appeared to Monica late one night during a panic attack. She explained to Monica that she was her pact deity, a monarch living within her, and the source of her power. Monica was at first terrified of the entity, but the two have since developed a strained, antagonistic relationship with each other.
Abilities
Parvuli gained a considerable amount of power over her whimsy aspect in life. At the height of her power, she was able to create portals through spaces, an ability she passes onto Monica through their pact. She also has an uncanny ability to control people through hypnosis and other means. Monica, theoretically, also has access to these powers, but has not gained enough control over her whimsy to make use of them. Parvuli still has access to her powers, but is noticeably weaker due to having to rely on Monica's body.
Due to being attached to her soul, Parvuli can puppet Monica directly, but the process is extremely painful for both of them, and forces Monica to move fairly unnaturally. As a result, Parvuli tends to avoid doing this outside of the most dire circumstances. Significantly less painful, but still uncomfortable, Parvuli has the ability to speak using Monica's voice.
Monica can hear Parvuli's voice at all times, but the monarch can only appear to her through reflective surfaces like mirrors or her scythe. Parvuli requires a substantial amount of aether to communicate with Monica in this manner, and so often elects to be quiet to preserve her strength.
Trivia
- Parvuli's first name is taken from a Catholic Cub Scouting award. The word has no significance; I took it simply because it sounded cool.

- Her monarch wings are not usually visible, mostly taking on a smoky, transparent look.
- Parvuli is not visible to other people. Currently, she is unknown to anyone but Monica.
