Monarch

An apex predator of Whimsy, these creatures are highly intelligent and sapient beings with unclear goals and mixed affiliations. The Law counterpart to Monarchs are Sovereigns.

Though they have been born from the corruption of a non-whimsy affiliated being, they lack any of the memories of the previous form they took. Often having very chaotic and natural themes to their visual design, they are typically quite large in form. They have varying levels of abilities, all normally related to the freedom from reality. Despite how some might be threatening, the Guild has formed bonds with a few, though they tend to be vague about their goals.

The Monarch itself is not contagious with Whimsy Corruption.
