Korin Altair/Events

An overview of Korin's participation throughout various events hosted throughout Castrella's timeline. These encompass the Discord-hosted events hosted by Guild Administration.

Phoenix Fest 1230

Korin's contributions to Phoenix Festival remained within the borders of the Valhalla Project district area. Together with his sister, Odin Finch, the two hosted the biggest miniature festival within Harper Park to celebrate the holiday and closing of summer with the project's orphans. They utilized their connections inside and outside of the Adventurers' Guild to ensure everything flowed smoothly, and hosted the event over the course of three nights despite his incredibly disabling pyrophobia. In the end, the Valhalla Project Mini-Festival had almost 50 attendees including the children. At the end of the night, each attendee and contributor walked away with a beautiful handmade dreamcatcher the orphans helped in crafting.

Korin assisted in the subjugation of Loco Motion, the trainsportation unit brought to life by Lil' Red, alongside Zapalka. He detained the latter villain, and turned her into the Guild. Despite this being one of the first big public operation under the Mirage name, he tried to stay out of view of people he knew in order to hide his affiliation.

Gourdfest 1230

Korin was dispatched to Alula in order to investigate the Stageplay of Frights. He traversed through the dungeon alongside Rosalie Cocoli, taking the Hall of Tragedy while she took the Hall of Comedy. At the end of the dungeon, they remained completely out of sight until the Guild members defeated the boss, and used their magic to snatch the boss spoils at the last second and escape. He was stuck in Alula under minor medical care afterwards due to aether sickness.

Sundance 1230

Korin assisted his sister Odin in arranging the festivities at the Valhalla Project. Sundance is the most important holiday at the Project, and it comes down to the both of them to host and carry on traditions as Micaiah had expressed while she was alive. While he stayed for most of the evening to look after everyone and make sure they enjoyed their time, he did break tradition for the first time and snuck away from the festivities right before the calendar turned to the new year. Unfortunately for him, Odin didn’t appreciate this gesture, and is under the assumption that he abandoned their dance for his work, and so this is a lie he carries with him.

St. Cleo’s 1231

Posing as a Wayfarer for the event, he attended the fair with his fellow Mirage members (all, save for Quill). While he narrowly escaped being brought into working a booth, he was still tasked by Quill to undergo a very important mission. He wa able to snatch the blueprints for a short-range communicator from a booth and relay the information back to Zapalka. She managed to craft communicators for the entire Mirage crew thanks to this, and so their preparation for their next operation becomes one step closer to realization.
