Kouhei Kanna is an arctic fox Lesser Kindred who works with licensing in the Civil Affairs Division. He is the older brother of his division’s headmaster, Kitori Kanna, and faintly resents her for her coveted position and unique aspect.

Stuffy and formal. Easy to break his uptight shell, and underneath he’s very casual and earnest. Very jealous of his younger sister. Likes attention on himself.

Biography

From the northern territories of harsh ice climates. Wanted to join the Guild ever since a young age. Once he realized that Kitori had ice aspect, the first in the family, he utilized her as negotiation fodder to convince their parents to allow him to join the Guild. After Kitori turned 18, she and Kouhei left for Eversun City.

Graduated from the Education Division Academy with flying colors and entered the Trade Division. Worked closely with businesses in the Market District upkeep their licenses and inspections. Eventually transferred to the Civil Affairs Division long before Kitori did.

Nowadays, he has been working closely with the Creative Commons Division and the Theater District with planning events and coordinating layouts for holidays, making sure the businesses are up to snuff when setting up at events.
