Phoenix Festival

The Phoenix Festival is a community event that is hosted & celebrated annually by Eversun City's very own Adventurers' Guild.
History

Description
In the beginning of Auburn, phoenixes have long been documented to begin their migration from the southern hemisphere of Castrella. From their they make their long journey up north. Towards the beginning of Harvestine however, these phoenixes can be flying over Eversun City. This phenomenon in particular is known to create one of the most beautiful and resplendent spectacles known to Castrellans for centuries. The phoenix is a creature that is known to fear nothing, and quite like the presence of danger. Due to this right when the phoenixes are about to fly over Eversun City, the Guild launches fireworks up into the sky to create an even more splendiferous display of light and colors, further invigorating these majestic creatures on their journey.
Naturally, on top of this, this event also marks a high time for celebrating fire aether as a whole, and fire-aspected individuals from birth have been known to feel an even closer special closeness to this event. The Guild ensures that everyone is able to learn how fire is helpful and safe in daily life, and educates Castrellans of all currently documented experiences on why fire is an integral part of the world.
Signifigance
Legend has it that the embers and feathers of these phoenixes that trickle down from above naturally enhance and bless the fires of the forges in Eversun City, making it a common belief that any accessories, weapons, armor, or other crafts forged during this month are extra durable and fortuitous.
