Deirdre Silva, or often written shorthand as D for short, is a young water Dragon working as a courier for the Trade Division of the Adventurers’ Guild. When it comes to the World Below, she is utterly clueless.

Bubbly and innocent nearly to a fault, Deirdre can be a lot of energy to handle. She is naturally curious about everything regarding Castrella’s surface, claiming her home was much too stuffy and stiff for her tastes. She tends to get overly excited when experiencing something brand new, and has a penchant for collecting shiny objects wherever she goes.
As a part of her personal mantra, whatever new territory or city she visits, she purchases a pin to represent that area and equips it onto her sash. Deirdre aims to collect a pin for every territory in the world.
Biography
Unlike most fallen dragons from Lyrrh al Stahl, Deirdre has retained most of her memories from her home city. Born to a family of water dragons, Deirdre was raised with proper manners and a stiff air about her. However, her cheer and short attention span often overwrote her ability to remember most of the overdone courtesies she highly dislikes. She’d often be scolded for disobeying, but it was genuinely difficult for her to adapt to the pompousness of her family.
Deirdre spent many of her years in Lyrrh al Stahl running about the main island. When she reached age 50, she was prompted to take her flight test. She declined, knowing that she was not ready due to her growing fears of not knowing how to act like a proper dragon. She delayed the assessment for 33 years until she finally gave in. At age 83, she failed her flight test and fell to the World Below. Deirdre slipped into an unconscious state due to the major shift in aetheric density, in addition to the fear she possessed from the fall.
The fact that Deirdre retained most of her memories from Lyrrh al Stahl implies she never did hit the ground.
The only memory loss Deirdre suffers from is due to the aetheric density shift. Clouded thoughts and random bouts of brain fog often plague her, but that is the worst of it. She woke up in the medical facility hosted in the Hearth’s walls in Eversun City, and thus started her journey into learning about the World Below.
Once graduated from the Education Division Academy, Deirdre was placed under the care of Champ & Faith. Despite being a Trade Division worker, she relies heavily on their teachings, and looks up to them both for their experience. She has a natural curiosity for the World Below, so she applied to the UPS subdivision and now works as a mail courier delivering small packages and letters around the continent of Solaurum.
Deirdre has lived on the surface for a total of 7 years now, and owns multiple culture journals penned by herself that she often has other people peer review. Please take care of her.
