Ocellus glow:
A young nurse who is willing to help with any patient and case, that being said his age makes him very energetic and impulsive. Good, positive and calm in high- stress situations but tends to get drained. May get snippy. he wants to help as many people as he can after seeing first hand what whimsy magic can do to people.

Appearance:
A 5'3 kindred with light brown wings and hair. his wings are 1/3 of his body size. to small to allow for flight. feather on the ends of the wing are black while the rest his a golden brown. he has 2 black feathers the extend out of his head like antlers. his golden brown hair is braided into two dutch braids with some black streaks of hair intertwine. his pupils take up 3/4 of his eye with a tiny orange iris. The guild logo can be seen on his neckless and chain that hangs around his jacket. His apparel is made for both work and personal life. Shirt a mix of while and blue scrubs, dress pants and while boots with a brown jacket to top it off.
Personality:
He over thinks a lot, because of this he has a day where he is snippy, and comes off as rude, this is just because he is emotionally exhausted and mentally drained. On these days he tends to be forced to sit down and rest, eat and not talk. He is stubborn but secretly he appreciates it
often seems to cling to others around him, like his friends, if he coins you as a friend or someone imported he becomes very clingy and affectionate. Can be seen giving tiny trinkets, brushing other hair or wrapping their wings around people.
Loves to work, while he is very energetic and often gets in trouble he is a great nurse (soon to be doctor) and takes his job seriously.

Anytime Ella has a nosebleed, he is by her side in seconds to help. It's scary how fast and offend he will show up when her noise bleeds, like a shark to blood. (sometimes you can hear Ella calling ocellus a shark; he is happy to be called anything but a dragon)
Tends to go to Ella for whimsy questions; while Ella may not have all the answers he is happy to listen to her talk about whimsy. The more he can learn and study the better.
