“... I miss home.”

Kota is a member of the Outerworld Division, specifically 'The Embassy' subdivision. He travels between Eversun City and the rest of Castrella to mediate discussions in territories.

Appearance

He is an average height humanoid with two-toned chestnut brown hair that fluffs up and is tied at the bottom in a ponytail. He has large glaring eyes but small purple iris'. He has lightly tanned skin that has mild scarring and a large pair of wings that are dark grey, with light and blue accents that results of him doing personal dyeing of his feathers.

His usual attire consists of long black sleeves that go up to his upper arm, sleeveless vest and undershirt that's tied with a belt, long dark grey pants and a long button coat-tail. He wears his armband as a clothing tag on his collar.

Personality

People often avoid him because of how intimidating he looks but he's just very quiet. His interests are very niche so he rarely gets to talk to people about it. He is also very blunt, often speaking and pointing out things which tends to get him on the bad side of others. It’s not intentional, he just thinks speaking the truth is the best form of policy.

Biography

Kota is a part of the Shisaku Family, a mafia family mostly consisting of Corvid Featherfolk. This family has a history with gang violence, fighting for territory against other families. But their disputes had settled over the last decade due to guild peacekeeping protocols that were established. They are now under a strict agreement in regards to peacekeeping with nonviolence with the Civil Affairs Division (Managing general protection of shops in their area, in addition to working along side the guild for mass messaging). The Headmaster of the CA division, Kitori Kanna, is personally working with the current Head of the Family, Elder Okuto, in regards to these agreements.

Since their established connection with the Guild, the family has encouraged some of their younger generation to explore different interests and make connections outside of the region, Kota is one such individual. He moved to Eversun City along with his mother and siblings, mostly by his request since he wanted to be close to his best friend who he found out was in the same region. [The irony of course being that his job requires him to travel a lot so he’s rarely in Eversun]

Kota is currently part of the Outerworld Division, specifically The Embassy subdivision. He’s a negotiator travelling between territories to establish common ground between external parties and Eversun City. He is someone with a keen eye for detail and can easily find faults in agreement documents, he always believes in equal trade and will not tolerate any sort of one-sided agreements, even from Eversun’s end.

Feathers that come from Kota store his light aether, he can use them to write hidden messages that only appear once they reach their target safely or if the document is destroyed. It also works like a correction fluid as well as Kota can write on top of documents and censor the words. When people try to view the censored words all they see is a mass of light refractions that make it hard to see the words no matter what angle you try and view it from.

Word Silencer

By channeling his light aether Kota can temporarily silence words from people’s mouths. They can still think and hear the word in their minds but when they speak the word just doesn’t come out.
