Rosalie Cocoli is a half-elvaari woman hailing from Eversun City. She is a member of Mirage, working for them as a thief.
Personality
Rosalie is a selfish, hyper materialistic young woman with a rebellious streak. She has an often monotonous voice, and rarely smiles or gets excited unless she is indulging in her fashion sensibilities. Because of her demeanor, it is often difficult to tell how she feels about something, and she is often dishonest with people. She is extremely standoffish and closed off, but she is open with and protective of those with whom she feels a sense of camaraderie.
Biography
Rosalie was born on Prism 22, 1207. Her parents each hail from lineages of prestigious wayfarers. To uphold this tradition, the Cocolis enrolled Rosalie in the Education Division Academy as soon as she came of age. This unfortunately laid a lot of pressure upon the young woman, who came to resent her parents for it. As she struggled with her coursework, she met a kind young woman by the name of Nova Holland. The two's shared interest in niche Castrellan high fashion brought them together, and Nova did her best to help Rosalie wherever possible. Unfortunately, Rosalie lacked motivation to continue, and poor magical aptitude made spellcasting fairly difficult.
Frustrated with her position in life, Rosalie began to steal jewelry and small accessories from local shops and began to pickpocket the local populace. She became rather good at this, rarely ever getting caught in the act. Rosalie eventually quietly dropped out of EDA in favor of filling her room with lavish goods from across Eversun City.
But eventually, her luck would run out, and her antics landed her in the sights of a woman by the name of Quill. Rosalie had successfully stolen a diffuser charm off of a frail young girl in the thick of a crowd on Market street. However, not soon after her successful theft, Rosalie suddenly found herself cornered in an alleyway with little memory of how she ended up there, with Quill standing across from her. Quill offered Rosalie a choice; turn herself in to local authorities, or put her skills to use for Quill's criminal organization Mirage. She offered Rosalie free passage to any city she wished to travel to and the chance to keep anything she found pretty. Rosalie saw this as a chance to make a name for herself, and joined Mirage on the spot. She has served as a thief for the group ever since.

Abilities
Rosalie is unable to develop her innate magical abilities. Instead, she relies on runes to cast various spells. A pair of runes are etched into the handle of her parasol, allowing her to cast a powerful wind gust from either side depending on how she opens it. She can also use her parasol to slow a fall, allowing her to float through the air for short distances.
She often casts other spells by etching runes into soft surfaces with the sharp blade at the end of her parasol. Failing this, the parasol can be used as a sword in a pinch.
Rosalie is also a master at sleight of hand.
