Biography
Ever since he was a wee lad he saw the great sky Island and thought to himself, "I wonder what kind of stories are up there!" And then a dragon artifact landed on his head. Turns out he has a thick head! Surviving this he had the revelation to devote his entire life to dragons, learning the language and writing and sometimes he even throws some words into his sentences cause he's So Cool™. Lately the tablets have been giving strange tales and signals in his translations... He must tell everyone about this. No matter where or how he will spread his gospel.
Personality
This guy thinks what he reads off these tablets as divine word. And he's actually not that great at it, but not many people can't read them either so. Think the essential Dragon Weeb.
