Lady Radialy
"Hush. I need to concentrate on the threads of the curse."
Lady radialy is an Elvaari who's become infamous amongst many as one who walks amongst death. Some say the world itself transforms into the grey of sorrow as she passes by, others swear it's like the starry night. Some even say they see Spider Lilies present in graveyards somehow removed of it's Grief. They all call her the same thing. Witch of the Void.

Personality
Lady Radialy is, or at least currently, a woman of a thoughtful demeanor. Wise thanks to her years, though sometimes a bit fuzzy on memories involving herself directly. She doesn't consider herself "kind", though she goes out of her way to assist those in need if she comes across them. Speech from her tends to be long and drawn out, lengthy in words and verbal breaks. You never find her in a rush for anything unless a curse is dangerous enough to call for urgent action.
Biography
Lady Radialy is an Elvaari women born from a time long past, an age and an era that culturally are very different to the current Guild dominated social hierarchy. Truthfully, she's lost count of the years that have gone by, her only real testament to its passing being the day the Guild was founded. Lady Radialy was, once, a tender of the graves. A gravekeeper, so to speak, and specialized the dangerous task of managing the tombs and graves, most of which entailed the caring for the delicate curses that rose up amongst them. Most of this time, at least in so many millennia ago, she dabbled in learning her dark aspect in something that might not obtain a proper word for a very long time. Necromancy, or the art of lifting a body into a state similar to life. It worked well in hand to her delicate knowledge of curses and how to dismantle them and so the respect she had garnered for keeping the peace of the rested was well known.
It wasn't until she gave birth to her own children, a pair of twins in the form of a daughter and a son, that her life had changed for course. Her husband never got to see the children be born thanks to an ill-fated encounter in his travels for work. She raised them by her lonesome and through the collective effort of neighbors that sought to assist the poor widow. They grew up decently enough, but times back then were far different to the current Guild led era. Adventurers were rare and beasts were always a concern. Illness spread easily and much of the world knew little about the magic that they carried on them unless they were self taught. Both of her children caught ill, and without having any ability to heal them of it she had to bury her two children as well. Grief struck in the midst of a graveyard, a place filled with such things of emotion, she decided to do something one should never have attempted even with her knowledge of this dark aspect. She attempted to raise her children. She attempted to bring their soul back into their bodies. Fair it is to say that her attempt not only didn't work, it horrifically backfired. The grief that had stricken her grew immense, collecting all of the energies in the graveyard around her. It ripped her soul apart to replace it with her cursed knowledge of the undying and used it in tandem of her children's souls to bring up the bodies if but only for a moment. Regret is the other emotion that pained her that day. They were not her children anymore, they were something of an abomination that didn't recognize their own mother. She used the arts she had learned and mastered to cast those soul fragments back into the world, so that they may be one day reincarnated, but her own soul was too fragmented to be of any use to her own body. Her hubris created her in the image of things she had raised before. Undying. Powered by the curses she dismantles. The people now feared her immensely, saying wherever she walks death follows, and this new set fear by the population stuck to her another set of curses that linger around her. She became a myth to people in all the years to come.
After acquiring her curse, she would roam the lands for over a millennia, lands that saw the birth of the Guild. With it came new rules, new laws, but most avoided someone like the Witch of the Void. Most feared her. Yet most need of her services, services towards a powerful force of the world that she's studied delicately. Her understanding of these forces over the millennia has given her an incredible insight into the nature of curses, making her an incredible expert, but she refuses to give this knowledge to the guild.
It wasn't until she ran into two orphans that had escaped from the large city that she found herself with company. They looked far too similar to her own children that it halted her from the task she had set herself towards. The raging fires in the distance was holding so many emotions of fear and sadness that it had attracted her nearby and she had originally sought to see if there were souls that needed to be eased. But... she couldn't leave these children be. So she took them in, an adoption without the legal paperwork, and made sure they were able to grow up to be adults. She taught them what she could, allowed them the chance to chase their thoughts and ambitions, and when the time came... she simply allowed them to leave. Every now and then she still gets visited by them, a rare time she expects.
Curse
The curse that has taken over her is essentially a curse over life itself in her body. It makes her undying, but not immortal, and she has never aged from the moment she had "died" trying to bring her children back to life. Grief was the strongest emotion that the curse had been created from and the curse's dominion over other curses is nigh absolute. With it, her studies, and the amount of time she has lived, she's come to understand it and many other curses very well. Over all of this time another curse was layered over her, the myths the common-folk eventually started to tell to younger generations over and over. "The Witch of the Void." It warps the viewpoint that some have of her, shifting the surrounding areas and giving a trail of a void like sense of feeling. It follows her wherever she goes, like a whisper of death similar to that ancient grief curse she had obtained. Myths about her are so far and wide, that even Radialy loses who she once was in the midst of it.
Relationships
WIP, GIVE ME YOUR BLORBOS
Korin
A lost child, a broken spirit, and the internalization of forced adulthood. Theirs was a grief so strong that i'm glad I arrived before it manifested, as it so commonly has amongst the orphans of the world. He and his orphan sibling are like children to me, in a time that i could never hope to have my own.
Radialy sees Korin as a son she never would have had a chance to have. She finds him a hard worker, studious, and a quick, sharp mind. She took him in and began teaching him, quickly, how to survive outside of the Guild's influence, and how to still find ways to rely on the convenience of civilization. Radialy visits him from time to time to check up on him, and to keep him on his toes.
Odin
A bird without her flock, flapping desperately against the strong gales of the wind. One day she will find the gust that makes her soar, and for that she needed to leave the nest.
Odin proved to have different opinions than her sibling, Korin, and Radialy respected her differing world view. She gave questions to sharpen her logic, and gave her the understanding of the boons and consequences of working with the guild. Still, Radialy wasn't going to tie her down. She taught what she could, and when Odin was comfortable to leave, she was allowed to. Deep down, Radialy wishes that Odin was easier to visit, but she knows that Odin can always find her if she's needed.
Vriella
"A curious women who seems to always have some sort of curse floating around either herself or her closest loved ones. A mixture of grief and other complicated emotions have been seen through the years of knowing her, and I'm more than glad to help even if at times it's of my own selfish needs."
Lady Radialy first met Vriella while she was younger and more curse ridden. It was a powerful curse, one that she selfishly wanted to get for a good feeding for her own, but she came across a woman in such a desperate need that she felt it necessary to help. So, in doing so, she came close to Vriella as a friend, enjoying her company over the many many years of her life. Radialy has been there for Vriella's daughter, her grandson, the death of her daughter and the grief tied to it, as well as seeing the curse awaken in Hanze. Radialy cherishes this relationship very dearly and actively visits to either help with other curses, bring insight from her long years of knowledge, or to just enjoy the passing hours with chatter.
