Appearance
Anima stands at 5'1 and typically wears flashy clothing to express her personality. Her hair is an aqua/teal and her eyes pink and blue. She has pointed ears and sharp teeth from her submatar side. She's always wearing a hat thats super tiny.
Biography
A hyperactive ball of almost seemingly infinite energy, Anima's only real family and friend has always been Roxie, someone she's plastered herself to the side of for years on end. In their teen years, Anima enabled Roxie's love of tinkering by helping her collect junk, as well as allow Roxie to make her silly gadgets to test out, like a thing that shoots out water in a gooey form, aptly named the Gooification Beam 5400 by yours truly. She wants to protect Roxie's hyper-fixation, even going so far as to follow her to the Guild where she learned her energy and antics nailed her an Enforcer job within the CA! With her water launcher, evil-doers beware! For anima will always be there!

Curse
Anima deals with a curse bestowed onto her by an item she had come across while helping Roxie look for items to use in tinkering. It was a hat, a hat that had grown to be incredibly jealous of other hats, so much so that it swears it was the perfect hat and no other EVER could size up to it.
Anima doesn't have the hat anymore, not does she even really recognize that she's cursed, but EVERY hat that she puts on turns miniature in size. No matter how big the hat is, it becomes small. Anima thinks its adorable and sees no issue with this whatsoever.
Weapon
The Gooification beam 5000 is a device named entirely by Anima but was made by Roxie. It essentially works more as a nuisance device than a weapon, utilizing water aether to create a slime like or inky substance to shoot out. It's heavy, gets everywhere, and is known to entrap things inside of it! Using this, she's able to safely capture evil-doers without harming people for the CAD.

Anima has come to cherish Roxie. The two are practically glued together with how much she clings to her as they've lived a lot of their lives inseparable. Anima is FASCINATED by Roxie's hobbies, and has on multiple occasions... maybe assisted in helping "acquire" items. They're definitely dating, but Anima doesn't recognize it for what it is.
Trivia
- Anima doesn't really understand what kind of laws people broke, just that she's told to enforce them!
- Not the brightest bulb in the world.
- Anima cooks between her and roxie and gets super into it. She even has a special sort of flashy pose when putting on her apron, so much so one could almost swear there was theme music playing.
- She learned fire aether ENTIRELY because roxie can't cook.
