What does the Arcane Sciences Division do?

Arguably the division with the most subdivisions.
Studies magic and its elements, and experiments with every possible elemental combination for all uses.
Uses include and are not limited to: everyday life, healing magic, combat magic, technological advancements (magitech).
Currently on the brink of a breakthrough regarding magitech.
Two headmasters.
