Nevidess Lancaster is a young Elvaari man currently enrolled in the guild's academy as a student. Ever the optimist, he is fascinated by history and literature and can commonly be found looking for ways to make himself useful to those around him.

Appearance

Despite being the youngest of the four Lancaster children, Nevidess is also the tallest, standing just over six feet. He is exceedingly slim and has trouble maintaining his weight; when he was younger, adults often mistook him as sickly. His shaggy hair is naturally blond, which he regularly lightens to a bleach blond, and he shares his mother's blue eyes. When he smiles, one can admire the boyish dimples on both his cheeks. Nevidess prefers to wear dark, loose-fitting clothing.

Biography

Nevidess was an unplanned addition to the Lancaster family, and is considerably younger than his other relatives because of this. However, because of the difference in age, his older brother Ari was able to play a part in helping raise the young Elvaari, sparing him from a similarly harsh and cold upbringing like his siblings received. The two are naturally close to one another, serving as one another's most trusted confidants; Ari was the first person Nevidess spoke to about his gender identity when he was a teenager. Not long after beginning his transition, Nevidess enrolled in the guild's academy, and eventually was granted an internship in the Archivist Grand Library -- a position he greatly covets, but as of yet still lacks the organizational skills to do efficiently. When the Build-A-Bread bakery opened, Nevidess was quickly drawn in by his love of animals and subsequent fascination with Breadpals, and thanks to his personable nature, now works the counter part time. (Rest assured, you don't want him in the kitchen.)
