To make life more convenient, the Adventurer's Guild offers licensed Adventurers (Guild employees) a few options regarding residential areas. There are two options: on-campus dormitories, and off-campus townhouses.

These options are not necessary. They are only suggestions, and if an Adventurer already has a home within Eversun City, they are not required to relocate to any Guild-offered housing.

Application Process

The Guild typically does not fully pay for relocation to the on-campus dormitories, but it is an option. If you want to apply to move into a dormitory, the Guild will take a chunk out of your paycheck to pay for amenities. The amount taken from the check will depend on your Division rank, location of the residence, and size of the suite.

There are rare instances where the Guild will approach talented, veteran, or inhibited individuals to offer partially- or fully-funded relocation packages. This typically only accompanies full Major Division transfers upon request of upper Guild Administration.

(e.g.: Freyja Lest was approached by Guild Administration to transfer fully from Environmental to Contingency under a full relocation package.)

On-Campus Dormitories

Two dormitories reside on each of the west and east sides of the Hearth's campus. These are for staff/employees only, and function like apartment buildings.

  • Studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites are available.
  • Obviously, the price per suite rises with the amount of space.
  • You can arrange to be roommates with another employee only.
  • This has to be approved by dormitory staff.

Off-Campus Townhouses

These residential options are scattered around Eversun City, and are typically notated with the Adventurers' Guild insignia in their front windows. These are for staff/employees only, but are much less strict on rules when it comes to customizing the space.

  • The price of the townhouse will depend on the distance from the Hearth.
  • You can arrange to be roommates with another employee or documented family members, whether they are employees or not. They have to be immediate family.
  • This has to be approved by townhouse rental staff.
