Haladen Kloe is a cunning, smartass, know-it-all that works within the Civil Affairs as one of the best in knowledge of current laws and paperwork surrounding them. He doesn't remember when he got his whimsy(a lie) and he wont let the conversation continue about it.
Appearance
Haladen is a Brunette with Brown eyes and a smirk that's extremely punchable. ??? What do you mean he's got green hair? Anyway he stands at 5'6" ( 167.6cm ) and has a rather slender build. His normal attire typically is suit like, formal, and he always has half palm gloves on his hands. What? You met him without the gloves? Don't be silly. You can find his identification and Division ID typically close to his trusty knives.
Biography
Hey you, Dear Reader. Hi! This is Pandora speaking. You want to know how HE of all people got to where he is? WELLLLLLLLL, It's a long story. This guy has NEVER known the love of a parent. HA isn't that sad? Abandoned. What? Orphanage? Yeah good luck pinpointing any orphanage to have lasted more than 2 years before it gets the boot or worse. They all eventually crumble. Oh but then he met us! TeeHee. I, Pandora, decided it'd be funny to give him the power to become ANYONE he desired. Kiyouki, ah that foxen person, gave him the chance to READ anyone he desired. Havoc? That brute likes to stir up fun usually. Grants him the whimsy of suddenly vanishing before peoples eyes, undetectable. Why am I telling you this? Oh! Haha. Silly. You didn't happen to like.... touch Haladen did you? Wow. WOW! WOWIE!!!! I don't apologize for the lack of time encircling you right now, new found friend, but we're about to get to know each other VERY well.

Haladen Kloe was born in |REDACTED| to the parents of |STILL REDACTED|. His parents fell on harsh times due to... violent disagreements and was orphaned as a mere baby. He was taken in by a small village outside the guild that taught him many things. Survival. Knife fighting. How to have a silver tongue. Though, this too was eventually taken from him as well. In the midst of the death and fire he fled until he ran into three figures arguing over a burnt corpse, until they noticed him. They each offered him power in exchange for doing as they say, power to look into why this keeps happening to him.
With it he managed to infiltrate his way into the Guild. Passed their exams with flying colors. Learned and memorized every single law they'd ever made, down to even the smallest of paperwork. He works diligently in his little office job.
Learning.
Watching.
Occasionally he loses some control of himself as one of the patrons take over his form. Please tell him the next day you witness this.
Powers
Despite his natural aspect of Air, he finds that his Whimsy is his most used aether as it had been granted to him via three patrons. He has excellent control over it himself, but he can't control when the ones who granted it to him will use it.
Two of them activate by touch.
The power granted to him by Kiyoki: The ability to see a person in their absolute. Their thoughts, their past, their reactions and their mannerisms.
The power granted to him by Pandora: The ability to change into persons he's touched before. It is as it reads, and Haladen is a rather well trained actor.
The power granted to him by Havoc is simpler, as it doesn't need touch: The power to vanish without a trace. He can grant this to someone else he touches, at the cost of that person also seeing the three patrons.
Haladen always sees his three patrons. They're always talking to him, and sneering at him. They torture him day and night, and makes his sleep restless.
He prevents two of these powers from activating on random people he touches by wearing specially made gloves that block Whimsy. He's skilled enough to avoid touching someone by all means except his fingers, at least by his own control. If you touch him by other means, or if he places his palms on you, then his eyes flash green from the activation.

"You're all missing the point. That woman, has such a deep love yearning that she's BLIND to it. I am NOT interrupting that."
Kitori is probably someone Haladen will not actively antagonize. Why? Well, For one, she's his boss. That wouldn't swim very well. Another reason is because he is eating UP whatever little love show between Kitori and Loretta. He knows. Oh gods above he knows, he just wants to see it happen SO BAD. But, patience. Anyway he actively does his work to put less stress on the woman. Her hands are full as it is being antagonized by regular every day civilian adventurers, and truthfully what more of a hell could you put someone through than Customer Service.
Ilsa
"I'm going to find another emotion in that face. Someway. Somehow."
Haladen finds Ilsa as just the right woman to get literally anything handed to her done. In fact he thinks rather highly of her in a business regard, and actually makes sure to have any work her way done rather quickly. Does this stop him from flirting with her? No. It doesn't. He's going to try every avenue he has to get something out of her, whether it rewards him or not.
Eleanor
"If I had a coin for every time I met someone that I found impossible to tease.... I'd have maybe two coins. It isn't a lot, but it's strange how I've met just two."
He can't do it. He just simply CAN NOT bring himself to be mean to her. She's just... SO??? GAH! The moment Haladen found out about her as a person, he just simply wants to see her smile. He lets her tag along with him everywhere, watching what he does and teaching her about different aspects she's curious about.
Lianne
.... I want her to know that there are people who can care for her. But I know she wouldn't listen to mere words. Just a blade of grass that bends to the will of any wind pushing into it, maybe I can find some way to make her reach out to the sunlight through the shade on her own.
Haladen... wishes he didn't know so much about Lianne, he honestly just wants to know the personality she's leaned into. She's fun, flirty, and speaks her mind rather unashamedly. He knows better than anyone that she knows her way around words, written and spoken, and her banter. Loves to tease her. Loves to prove he knows things she doesn't even know. All in all, he helps her out gladly and will, every time, follow her whims.

"I don't understand what you possibly see in him." - Kiyouki "I don't either. A brother, I guess, if that's what it feels like anyway."
Ari ari ari... Haladen knows a man who's heart isn't saying the right words out of the mouth. He knows this man for what he is, and while he can EASILY press those buttons to see him get angry, he does so in other ways. Until he goes too far. No, Haladen would instead treat the man like a brother. Truly.

Haladen thinks this guy is the funniest guy he has ever come across. Oh goodness the SPEED at which he conjures up his little quips just puts a big smile on Haladen's face. But he knows. Oh Korin does he know. Haladen had already settled on helping Korin's goals... and he cant help but feel a bit of a kindred spirit to another orphan. Seeing the man actually move his mouth muscles to even smirk is good enough for Haladen. After all... It's all in good fun.
