Oracle is a travelling Oarfish Submatar merchant from The Coldstone Winery, an alcohol beverage business hailing from Umito, along with their siblings, they are travelling across Castrella to sell their wares. A shrewed businessmen to the core.

Appearance

A long bodied Submatar with an oarfish lower half and humanoid upper body. Oracle has pale blue skin that extends to their tail, the tail has blue stripes surrounding it with a white underbelly. Oracle's face has a white veil like pattern that cascades over their eyes. Their eyes are usually closed with fin like lashes, when opened they have dark red eyes. They have greyish teal hair in a jellyfish like haircut but it's sectioned into flat angled layers. At the tips are colored with a dark shade of teal with grey highlights.

They wear an outfit similar to a montsuki (male kimono) with very long sleeves that are tailored with extra cloth for aesthetics. The whole outfit is layered with different tiers of greys and teals, ending off with dark ink like patterns for accents.

Personality

Appears to be someone of a mature naturing nature, very elegant and formal. But Oracle is shrewed to the core, twisting and manipulating others with their silver tongue to get their way. If gentle coaxing is not enough they would use force to get their way. (Wonder where Imichi gets it from)

Biography

Once part of a famous teahouse business in the Shallows of Umito, Oracle was thriving along with their family and business. However, that would soon end when they were raided by pirates, making Oracle lose everything they held dear. Family, a home, a life. The young Oracle would wander from place to place seeking shelter both in the ocean and on land. By happenstance they happened to rest in the building that Ivan was staying at. Upon noticing that their place of refudge was owned by someone they immediately left. Only to be grabbed by Ivan with uncontrolled force, injuring Oracle, causing feelings of hostility and distrust from the other on the spot. It was not Ivan's intention to hurt Oracle, just that he has trouble controlling his strength and only wished to stop Oracle from leaving, offering them a place to stay.

"Trust in the words of a land dweller that had the audacity to say such things after causing me harm, fat chance!"

Right off the bat these two did not have a good start to their relationship, Ivan kept trying to make efforts to keep Oracle from wandering off in his own way and Oracle just kept denying his efforts.

"What is your problem, leave me alone!"

I want to help you, you look like you need someone, even if you don't feel like it, you want to belong again that was what Ivan wrote in the sand to Oracle, since he lacks the skills to talk, this was the best he could do. Oracle was not open to this idea, but those words struck somewhere deep within that they repressed. Eventually they warmed up to Ivan but their view on land dweller did not change. The two would travel all around Umito before they would eventually meet a little orca girl on a very fateful day.

Ivan Aisuvan

Oldest of the 3 siblings, the one who gave them a home. The start of their relationship was rough due to Oracle's view and belief of land dwellers. They now have an irreplaceable bond. Oracle is one of the very few people who can get under Ivan's skin, often pointing out things that make the kindred very embarrassed. Teasing him has now become one of their favourite pass times.

Imichi Aisuvan

Youngest of the 3 siblings, the happy go-lucky troublemaker that makes their head hurt constantly. But without her their life would be very dull.

Tia Alequin

A very charming woman who has a way with words. Her demeanor and personality reminded Oracle very much of his family before their passing. They find her goals to spread comfort to her guests first to be very admirable, as a fellow host themselves. They hope to do business with her in future.

Ari Lancaster

Initially met Ari when he came down for an inspection of Coldstone, although they didn't speak with him for long afterwards, Oracle could tell he was more than he led on to be. Which their suspicions were correct when they walked in on a certain three individuals, one of which included Ari. Ari has now become one of Oracle's weapons to tease Ivan

Ruairi Cromwell

Doesn't know Ruairi personally but has a feeling that despite his outgoing nature he's hiding something else under his smile. Got to chance upon him after the incident at the Winery which they now use to tease Ivan to no end.
