== On-Campus Dormitories ==
Two dormitories reside on each of the west and east sides of the Hearth's campus. These are for staff/employees only, and function like apartment buildings.

* Studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites are available.
* Obviously, the price per suite rises with the amount of space.
* You can arrange to be roommates with another employee only.
* This has to be approved by dormitory staff.

== Off-Campus Townhouses ==
These residential options are scattered around Eversun City, and are typically notated with the Adventurers' Guild insignia in their front windows. These are for staff/employees only, but are much less strict on rules when it comes to customizing the space.

* The price of the townhouse will depend on the distance from the Hearth.
* You can arrange to be roommates with another employee or documented family members, whether they are employees or not. They have to be immediate family.
* This has to be approved by townhouse rental staff.
